Here are a few pix of the pennant I made to decorate Sammy's birthday party celebration at Dave & Buster's and our home.

I used the Big Shot diecutting machine with the Stampin' Up! Pennant Die to make this project. By making a homemade decoration, I was able to customize Sammy's Bionicle theme party using the colors that he likes - Real Red and Brilliant Blue.
I made this card for my friend when she got married last weekend. I incorporated her theme colors: red, white, and black when I made this card. I found some red rhinestones from my stash so, I added them as the center of the flowers from the Pretties Kit. I suggest using the pearls and rhinestones from your Pretties Kit.

Big Shot Die-Cut Machine (page 194) ; Extended Cutting Pads; Bigz Note Die, Pop-Up Three Tier Cake Die (page 201)
Accessories: Pretties Kit - Silk Flower, Brads, and Pearls (page 178), Circle Scissor Plus with Glass Mat (page 191), Eyelet Border Hole Punch (page 186), White Organza Ribbon (page 183)
Cardstocks: Shimmery White Paper (8 1/2" X 11" folded in half), 12"x12" Whisper White Paper, Basic Black, designer papers (page 156 to 157)
To make an elegant card, I recommend using any of these designer papers: Specialty Papers - Bride, Groom, or Bridesmaids (page 158); Bella Bleu Designer Series Paper (DSP) (page 162); or Guest Book Simply Scrappin' Kit (page 166). They are also shown on page 48 to 49.
Adhesives: Sticky Tape, Mini Glue Dots (page 192)
Stamp Sets: Heard from the Heart (page 142). I used Always (page 54) for the card front.
I think the stamp sets used on page 48 to 49 will be perfect for this too.
Ink: Basic Black, Real Red (page 156 to 157)
I enjoyed making this card. It looks elegant but it is really easy and fun to make. Try it!

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! Here are the photos and video of my home. All of the ornaments on our Christmas tree are handcrafted.
Check-out my previous blog entries in December to watch the 3 videos on how to make the Star Bright Christmas Ornaments: Paper Strips, Paper Star, and Paper Globe. You may also view the instruction on how to use the Big Shots diecutting machine.
Hanging under the chandelier on the right side of the of the photo, you will find the diecut snowflakes using Big Shots Sizzlits. I also used the silver stretchy cord, vellum, crystal effects, and dazzling diamonds glitter.
To decorate my mirrors, I used the large size Park Avenue Ornaments and Count Down To Christmas.

The first time I saw this card was at the Denver convention in July 2008. It was demonstrated by the Stampin' Up! co-founder Shelli Gardner. Since then, I've seen a lot of stampers recreate it.
I used the Stampin' Up! exclusive Pennant Die to create the hat and the big scallop circle die to create the face. I added my personal touch on this card by using my Stampin' dauber and Pretty In Pink to add the blush on Santa's cheeks and nose. I also use my favorite Christmas stamp set - Spotlight on Christmas on top of Santa's hat.
These creative ideas are not all my original work. Thanks to my customers and other demonstrators in my group who contributed to the creative collection in this photo album.

...I'd been wanting to make a 3-D turkey. I had the idea in my head for a while and then when I needed an idea to demo at my upline's meeting, I finally tried it. It turned out different than what I was picturing, but I was really happy with the results! "
